Learn how to BRING YOUR FOOD TO LIFE with Stephanie Jeffs

Losing 120lbs and saying goodbye to PCOS

Learn how to BRING YOUR FOOD TO LIFE using activated nuts and seeds and increase enzyme consumption with Raw Food Chef Stephanie Jeffs, founder of EXPLORE RAW. Learn how to activate a range of nuts and seeds as well as compare the difference between ‘regular raw’ and ‘activated raw’ nuts first-hand. This will be an informative and fascinating session that will unravel the mysteries and importance of activated foods for maximum health. Stephanie will also share some chef tips & recipes to help you add these ingredients to your diet.

Stephanie comes from a high powered corporate background and wasn’t always raw, in fact far from it. Taking care of her career meant the absence of looking after herself and very soon her health was out of control with PCOS, low energy and a healthy appetite for eating crap. Juicing and a raw food detox helped Stephanie lose 9 stones (120lbs) and reverse the symptoms of PCOS. And looking back it wasn’t that hard to do. Stephanie now hosts raw vegan bootcamps and yoga retreats in Portugal, teaches raw cookery school, and has been featured in many magazines. You can read her full story here.
